Our mission at 314 Soccer Club STL is to advance the game of soccer in our region by delivering a development-driven, inclusive, and community-centered environment that reflects the pride and resilience of St. Louis.
We are committed to helping every player grow technically, tactically, and personally through high-quality coaching, competitive opportunities, and a culture built on integrity and excellence.

Our Identity
314 Soccer Club's identity is rooted in intensity, dynamism, and precision. Our style of play is proactive, purposeful, and resilient, characterized by high-tempo transitions, compact pressing, and relentless pursuit of goal-scoring opportunities.
Our Approach
We aim to dominate possession, dictate the tempo, and consistently apply pressure to create favorable conditions for scoring while minimizing the opponent's threat.

The 314 Way
THE 314 STORY
314 Soccer Club is a St. Louis-based soccer program built from the ground up with a clear purpose: to put players first and create real pathways through high-level training, competition, and community impact.
Starting as 314 Training, our roots began in individual and small-group player development. As demand grew, it became clear that players needed more than just training. They needed a competitive environment where development, opportunity, affordability, and community truly mattered. From that vision, 314 Soccer Club was formed.
Today, 314 Soccer Club provides a platform for players to compete, grow, and represent St. Louis at both the regional and national level through the MWPL and, previously, the UPSL.
